1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Outstanding experience with Inside Japan and especially Fergal Fox. We had visited Japan once before with intrepid travel and our experience was much better this time. Fergal was very conscientious about making sure everyone in the group was having fun and well taken care of.

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
we would definitely do a tour again with Fergal. As I had said he is fun, thoughtful, caring, and definitely goes above and beyond what I would normally expect a tour leader to help us with. We spent additional days in Japan after the end of the tour and he helped us sort out some of our arrangements for then, too. Our Tours participants ranged in age from 25 to 88, which would typically be a big challenge. I imagine for any tour leader and Fergal absolutely excelled.

Giulia was very helpful with our booking and preparations for the trip. She got back to us promptly about specific individual concerns we had, especially since one person or a party had to depart the tour earlier due to work constraints.
